Exploring Alaska’s National Parks

“No, man. Alaska, Alaska!. I'm gonna be all the way out there, all the way … out there. Just on my own. You know... no watch, no map, no axe, no nothing. No nothing. Just be out there. Just be out there in it. You know, big mountains, rivers, sky, game. Just be out there in it, you know? In the wild.”
- Christopher McCandless in the 2007 movie of the book ‘Into The Wild’.
We don’t suggest you go off the map, but from Jack London to the hapless Christopher McCandless, Alaska has had an enduring and irresistible lure for those with a spirit of adventure and a longing for wild places.

Alaska has 15 national parks – the pride of a nation – and more land under the protection of the National Park system than any other state.

Our job is to help you enjoy it in your own way – by car, train, cruise or small-group guided adventure – or a combination of all of them.
